The Incom T-16 as seen in Star Wars IV: A New Hope, is a common recreational and law-enforcement aircraft. The lower laser cannon
is optional for police models. I wanted to build one out of non-Star Wars Lego, even though someone else built a similar one out
of the X-Wing set.

This Y-wing is close to minifig scale (maybe a little too small). I'm very happy with the end result and just like the original
