The figs and speeder are from the Standard SW sets. The
Sandcrawler is just the bottom section (just like Lucas did it for the full
size sets in ANH). It is 58 studs long and has over 1,400 pieces, including
over 2.5 metres of track. It is approximately minifig scale, although the
tracks are a bit short (need more track!). I incorporated a pivoting
suspension system into the tracks, and it had four wheel steering which
operates well when the model is moving. It's debut was at the LegOz 2000.2
meeting, and I'll rebuild it when I have enough bricks to complete the top
section.
